TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT OR FULL PAYMENT CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  • SMOKING: The property is strictly non-smoking this includes all interior spaces, an excess cleaning fee of $400 will be levied if this condition is not adhered to.  Guests are not permitted to smoke on balconies.

  • NUMBER OF GUESTS:  At no time during your occupancy is the number of guests staying to exceed the number booked, the maximum guests per room is stated on your booking.  Any people exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property will be considered trespassers and will be evicted.

  • No cooking is allowed in the room under any circumstances, it is a fire hazard and as such is prohibited.  Tea and coffee facilities have been provided.

  • Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to other Denmark Waterfront guests and neighbours including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.

  • Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the responsibility of the Booking Guest during their stay.

  • The Booking Guest will be liable to pay any charges incurred by any Guest including replacements and costs for damage or loss to the property or common property and its contents, accidental or otherwise.

  • The property is to be left clean and tidy and all rubbish bagged and put into bins. To avoid an excessive cleaning charge, please leave the property well presented.

  • Departure: the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10:00 am at the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.  There is no refund for early departure.

  • Furniture is not to be moved as it is heavy and results in scratching the floors a fee will be levied if furniture is moved and not put back in the original position.

  • BOND: is payable either by pre-authorisation or by the holding of card details for the duration of your stay and is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

  • PETS: No animals or pets are to be brought onto the grounds or into the rooms of the Denmark Waterfront Lodge.

  • PARKING: Free onsite parking is available.  Guests must only park in the designated areas.

  • LOSS:  The owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.

  • A $15 admin fee plus postage & packing is payable for the return of any items left behind by guests.

  • Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

  • BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You agree that, should you or your guests breach any of the terms and conditions: You will pay to us the total loss or damage that we suffer as a result of that breach and hereby authorise us to debit your credit/debit card or apply your refundable deposit in payment of that loss or damage and we may evict you and your guests without notice.
